Shipping policy
Free Shipping and Delivery Times
We ship products from warehouses throughout the United States using major common carriers such as FedEx and UPS. Our main warehouse is in Columbus, Ohio. We ship most orders the same day or the next business day depending on the time the order was placed. The cut-off time for same-day processing is 2 PM ET. Delivery is generally expected within 2 to 5 business days, however, most of our shipments arrive to customers within 2 to 3 business days. We add a complimentary signature confirmation service to ensure safe order delivery for any order over $500.
Shipping Destination
We ship products only within the 48 contiguous states of the United States of America. Please note this specifically excludes shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, the Virgin Islands, etc. We cannot ship to PO Boxes, APO, or freight forwarders of any kind. In the event an order received does not meet shipping parameters, we will attempt to contact the customer by phone and email. The customer will have to provide an alternate allowed shipping destination to avoid order cancellation.
Delivery Requirements
We add a complimentary signature confirmation service to ensure safe order delivery for any order over $500. Someone must be at the address to receive the package and sign for it.
Damaged in Transit
Packages damaged in transit should be refused and will automatically be returned by the carrier to cybergiant.com or its suppliers. After refusing to accept delivery of a damaged package, please notify us of the issue within 48 hours via email at support@cybergiant.com with detailed order information.
